Registration Help

To register for access to our website, you will need to provide the following:

  • A valid Transamerica Employee Benefits Contract (policy or certificate) Number
  • A valid Social Security Number

Next, you will be directed to enter the following:

  • Enter a valid email address, which will be used as your User ID
  • Enter a valid password - Your Password must be between 8 and 30 characters long. It is case sensitive and must include at least 3 of the following 4 character types: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
  • Choose a security question and provide and a security question answer.

Upon submitting the required registration information, we will send you a verification email.

  • Click the link in the email to verify your email address. This will open a page in your browser where you can click a button to return to our website to Log In.
  • Log In using your User ID and Password.
  • Click the “Complete Registration” button on the confirmation page.
